QwertyBit is a small, senior team led by founder Vlad Niculescu. We work 1:1 with business owners to analyse operations, agree the highest-value improvements, and build the AI agents that make those improvements real.

Vlad founded QwertyBit in Bucharest in 2017 after years of shipping production systems across AI, fintech and analytics.
Vlad is also the founder of an analytics startup, and has spent a decade in London's tech scene working on big-data pipelines, scalable infrastructure and high-compliance environments where software cannot afford to be sloppy.
He holds an AI + Software Engineering degree from King's College London and personally runs every QwertyBit engagement — from the first business-analysis workshop to production rollout.
