How long does a typical engagement take?

A first working agent is in production within 8–12 weeks from the discovery meeting. We ship in two-week increments, so you see real progress every fortnight rather than a single big-bang delivery.

How do you price engagements?

Every engagement is quoted up front at a fixed price. The quote breaks out the build cost, the projected monthly run cost, and the cost of doing nothing. No retainers, no hourly billing surprises, no line items that appear later.

Can the agents run on-premises or only in the cloud?

Accepted Answer

Both. For regulated or data-residency-sensitive clients we run and fine-tune open-weights models (Llama, Qwen, Mistral, Gemma, DeepSeek) entirely on your own hardware via LLM Studio. For most other workloads we use frontier cloud models like Claude and GPT behind your own cloud account. The decision is made during feasibility, not by default.

What data do you need from us to get started?

The discovery meeting needs almost nothing — just a real conversation about how the business runs today. For the build phase we typically need sample data (documents, tickets, exports), access to the systems the agent will read from and write to, and a named owner on your side to approve the first releases.

Who owns the code and the models?

Accepted Answer

You do. Everything we build is committed to your GitHub organisation from commit one: application code, evaluation harness, prompts, infrastructure, runbooks. If we part ways, your engineers inherit a working system — not a black box.

What happens if the agent starts making mistakes in production?

Accepted Answer

Every agent we ship has an evaluation harness, observability, cost and error dashboards, and a human approval gate on anything with real consequences. If an agent drifts, the dashboards surface it before a user notices. We monitor the KPI monthly and retrain or retire agents that stop earning their keep.

Do you work with startups or only established businesses?

Accepted Answer

Both. The engagement shape is the same — we pick one or two agents that move the biggest numbers with the least risk. Startups typically use us to build the AI core of their product; established businesses use us to automate internal operations. The founder, Vlad, personally runs every engagement.
